　　NEXUS COMMUNITY INC., specializing in the development and sales of advanced CIM (Customer Interaction Management) solution recently announced that they have signed an agreement to supply CTMP Outbound to the Korea Home Shopping Tele-Marketing and the customer support center.

　　Korea Home Shopping has selected CTMP Outbound recognizing its high value to the optimized operation of the call center. CTMP Outbound is recognized in the market as the best product that delivers 3 success factors: overdial prevention, less agent idle time, highest dial success rate. Korea Home Shopping is confident that they can significantly lower cost that will translate into higher revenue and profit in the years to come.
