　　應2004中國呼叫中心運營與客戶關系管理大會組委會的邀請，美國呼叫中心專家、服務戰(zhàn)略公司總裁約翰·漢密爾頓先生將于4月19日在北京舉辦專題講座，內容包括全球呼叫中心的發(fā)展趨勢、產業(yè)標準及世界級最佳實踐等，并與國內各行業(yè)客戶服務與呼叫中心管理者們做深入的交流。
